Collection Sites
Occuscreen's collection sites are provided through a network of patient service centers. Occuscreen's two largest networks are through Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp. If we don't have a contracted collection site in your area, we have the ability to contract with a local facility.

Note: Please select a Quest Patient Service Center
(PSC) whenever possible. The use of a third party site
(DRUG TESTING ONLY - Preferred Third Party)
will result in an additional fee of $12.00-$25.00. |
