Why are human resources experts talking so much about the importance of pre employment screening these days? Is it really necessary, or is it just another waste of time? While many consider it to be a good thing to do, not as many employers really go ahead and use pre employment check-up techniques, because they feel they have nothing to be afraid of or that they don't want to spend the money. Every employer knows how difficult it is to find good, trustworthy personnel. But these days, the problem seems to be even bigger than it was a few years ago. More and more companies face lawsuits due to their employees' negligence, or simply find out that the business isn't going well because the people that were supposed to protect it were actually robbing it.
